Mayfair Atrium Property Desk — Licensing

1. Owner

The Mayfair Atrium Property Desk application, its Mayfair Atrium branding, application-specific user interface, documentation and proprietary source code are operated by and licensed through Mayfair Atrium Limited, company number 13505902, subject to the final production contracts and intellectual-property registrations applicable at launch.

2. Subscription licence

A valid subscription grants the authorised customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the hosted service and authorised mobile/desktop clients for their own property-management activities during the subscription term. No ownership of the software is transferred.

3. Permitted use

Authorised users may manage properties, tenancies, documents, compliance, maintenance, financial records and reports within the features and usage limits of their plan. Account access may be provided to authorised tenants, staff, agents, contractors or advisers where the product supports that role.

4. Restrictions

Unless applicable law expressly permits it, users must not copy or redistribute the proprietary application, resell access without written authority, remove ownership notices, bypass access or subscription controls, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or reverse engineer the service beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Customer data

Customers retain their rights in data and documents they upload, subject to the service rights needed to host, process, secure, back up and return/delete that information as described in the Terms, Privacy Notice and Data Processing terms.

6. Third-party and open-source software

The application uses third-party and open-source components. Those components remain subject to their respective licences. Production release documentation should maintain a software bill of materials and third-party notices appropriate to the distributed build.

7. Stores and devices

Android, Samsung Galaxy Store and Apple App Store distribution may add store-specific licence and billing terms. Store terms do not transfer ownership of Mayfair Atrium Limited's proprietary application.

8. Updates and termination

Updates may change or improve features, security, integrations and legal/compliance workflows. Material changes are described in the Update Centre. Licence access may end when a subscription ends, an account is closed, or use materially breaches the applicable Terms, subject to any required notice and data-export/retention obligations.

9. Copyright notice

This is an operational software-licence draft for the product build. Before public commercial launch, obtain final UK legal review covering SaaS terms, consumer/business customers, app-store distribution, IP ownership, third-party licences and the exact subscription model.
